The Lower School is looking to fill a Science Associate Teacher position for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Please note: The Associate Teacher positions are two-year, full-time positions, September through June.

Successful candidates must:

• Demonstrate an interest in the academic, social and emotional growth of young children
• Be enrolled in a Masters Early Childhood program
• Interest in Science and STEAM preferred
• Manage classroom of K-4 students alongside head teacher
• Support students while they conduct scientific investigations
• Prepare classroom for laboratory activities
• Facilitate collaboration among students in small groups
• Design age appropriate inquiry based lessons
• Share students’ excitement about the wonders of the natural world
